- Fault Response – Respond to system alerts and resolve faults quickly to maintain network performance.
- Protecting the Network – Advise third parties and oversee works to ensure Cadent assets are protected.
- Inspection & Monitoring – Conduct inspections, condition monitoring and maintenance to ensure ongoing compliance and safety.
- Variety & Autonomy – Work across multiple sites and locations, managing your own workload within a supportive team environment.
- Safety‑Critical Impact – Play a direct role in protecting infrastructure and supporting the safe delivery of gas to customers.
What you’ll bring:
- Operational Experience – Hands‑on experience in pipeline maintenance, plant operations or a similar environment.
- Technical Capability – Solid understanding of mechanical operations and maintenance practices.
- Qualifications – Mechanical or Engineering Maintenance qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Flexibility – Willingness to work flexible hours (approximately 40 per week) and participate in standby arrangements.
- Mobility – Ability to travel across the network as required.
- Safety Mindset – Strong awareness of safety, compliance and working within regulated environments.
Apply now to play a vital role in maintaining the infrastructure that keeps our network safe, reliable and performing at its best.
