At Cadent, we are committed to building a bright future and investing in the next generation of talent. Our Future Talent Programmes offer three entry points: Future Field-Force, Future Engineers, and Future Professionals. These programmes provide clear pathways for development and growth.

As a Future Field-Force member, you will be trained to maintain and repair our gas network, ensuring our customers have a safe and reliable supply of energy. If you're interested in engineering, our Future Engineers programme will give you the opportunity to work on innovative projects and develop your skills alongside experienced professionals.

As a Future Professional, you will have the chance to join our support functions, such as HR, Finance, IT or Marketing, where you'll be able to work on exciting projects and make an impact in the business.

Our Future Talent Programmes are designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, combining on-the-job training with formal qualifications, mentoring and support from experienced colleagues, as well as networking opportunities. Assessment Centre
