Whether you are fresh out of school or looking to retrain, we offer all types of entry levels, from Apprenticeships to Project Management qualifications, Accountancy to Graduate Training programmes, ensuring you gain all the training and knowledge you need to excel in a business role.

As a Future Professional Trainee, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of the UK's largest gas network. Working alongside our dedicated Future Talent Team, managers, and colleagues, you will explore a range of comprehensive training modules, including hands-on technical training and personal development/soft skills training.

Joining our Future Talent Cohort, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain business expertise, and build a professional network through dedicated modules that will challenge you technically, professionally, and personally, helping you to be the very best you can be. You will receive training from our expert trainers and be supported by a dedicated programme manager, business mentor and line manager. You will also play a vital role in shaping the future role of gas and how we establish ourselves at the forefront of sustainable energy, through a Future Talent-owned 12-month project.

As part of our Future Talent community, you will have access to a supportive network of trainees who will share their personal experiences, provide guidance and assistance, and inspire each other from the very start.
