Based within our Customer Experience Team, you will learn and develop your skills to harness the power of data to unearth valuable insights. Your analyses will directly contribute to strategic decisions that enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Gaining hands-on experience managing projects that are critical to our mission of delivering excellence. From planning to execution, you'll learn the ropes of effective project management, including risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation.

  • Possess a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for uncovering insights through data.

  • Willingness to develop and shape your own career.
  • Driving licence essential as frequent travel will be required.
