Be the eyes and ears of quality and safety – where your expertise shapes the future of our network.
As a Site Assurance Officer in our Capital Delivery Team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of our capital projects across Cadent’s full network footprint. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for safety make a daily impact. A valid UK driving licence is essential as you’ll regularly travel across our network.
Why you'll love this role:
This isn't just another site-based role - its an unique opportunity to take ownership of quality and safety across major projects that power homes and businesses. You'll enjoy the autonomy of field work, the influence of a leadership position, and the satisfaction of knowing your standards set the benchmark for others.

- Strong understanding of CDM 2015, SCO, and HSE regulations, with hands-on auditing experience.
- Confidence and clarity in coaching, reporting, and influencing across all levels.
- A keen eye for detail– from RAMS to contractor compliance, you spot what others don’t.
- Certifications and capability – HNC or equivalent, IOSH Managing Safely, and all SCO tickets (1-5).
