Title: Personal Assistant
Support shaping the future of our network
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director of the North London Network on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a critical role that requires a proactive, discreet, and exceptionally organised individual who can operate with confidence and professionalism at the highest levels of the organisation.
Based in London, with the flexibility to work from home 2–3 days per week, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior leader, ensuring the Director’s time is optimised and their strategic objectives are supported. You will be expected to accompany the Director to face-to-face meetings and engagements, acting as a key liaison between them and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and communicate effectively will be essential to your success in this role.

Proven PA Experience – Supporting senior leaders with complex schedules and sensitive communications.
Excellent Communicator – Clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
Relationship Builder – Skilled at connecting with others, from team members to external partners.
Self-Starter – Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change.
Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle, Access, and SAP.
Detail-Oriented – High standards in written English and document preparation.
