Title: Network Fleet Administrator
Base location: Cadent National Distribution Centre in Erdington, Birmingham B24 8DW – 5 days per week

Join our Fleet and Logistics Network Team and step into a role where no two days are the same. As a Fleet & Logistics Administrator, you’ll play a key part in powering the smooth operation of our networks, supporting colleagues, connecting with stakeholders across the business, and helping us deliver safe, efficient logistics that keep our customers and engineers moving.

- Supporting the Team: You’ll work closely with the Fleet and Logistics Network Manager and wider team, providing vital administrative support to keep our operations running effectively.
- Juggling Priorities: From planning meetings to resolving queries, you’ll be comfortable multi‑tasking, problem‑solving and adapting to changing business needs.
- Building Strong Relationships: Your excellent communication skills will help you connect with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across the Fleet, Logistics and wider Network Teams.
- Delivering Operational Excellence: You’ll facilitate and coordinate key activities, maintain accurate records, process documents, and operate office systems that support our Fleet network activities.
- Being the Go-To Contact: Whether it’s answering queries, compiling information for management, or supporting colleagues with ad‑hoc tasks, you’ll be the reliable, friendly point of contact the team depends on.
- Keeping Everyone Organised: From arranging meetings and preparing documentation, to creating agendas and taking minutes — you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You'll Bring
- Previous administrative experience (Fleet environment desirable)
- Understanding of stock or inventory management
- Knowledge of SAP / Warehouse Systems (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Logical thinker with a proactive, can‑do approach
- Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
