Are you passionate about supporting employee development, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality training experiences? As an HR Administrator – Training at Cadent, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our workforce to meet mandatory skills and competency requirements. You’ll work closely with the MyPeopleServices team and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and manage training activities that empower our people and support operational excellence.

 

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where your organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset will be key. You’ll help ensure that our training programmes run smoothly, our systems are up to date, and our colleagues receive the support they need to thrive.

  • Learning Delivery – Support the full employee learning cycle, ensuring compliance with mandatory training and competency standards.
  • Training Coordination – Plan and manage technical and leadership training courses, validating resources and facilities to ensure smooth delivery.
  • System Management – Maintain accurate records in our Learning Management System, ensuring timely closure of training and competency activities.
  • Customer Focus – Provide responsive support to training queries via the HR single point of contact model, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
  • Continuous Improvement – Suggest innovations to improve training processes, embracing our culture of learning and development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with internal teams and third-party providers to coordinate training delivery and manage bookings.

 

What you will bring

 

  • Experience – Familiarity with training coordination and HR systems, particularly Success Factors/Learning Link, Power BI
  • Technical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge – Understanding of training products and associated resource requirements.  Ability to consider trainer/assessor, resource/facility availability, to maximise the use of virtual delivery and local delivery in order to minimise travel and enhance the customer experience, and reduce costs to the business.
  • Communication – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Organisation – Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Adaptability – A flexible approach to change, with a positive attitude towards new challenges.
