We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Admin & Data Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at Cadent. This isn’t just about managing systems - it’s about shaping the future of how we use data and technology to drive smarter decisions and seamless HR services across our business.
As a key member of our specialist team, you’ll take ownership of HR systems administration, data management, and MI reporting. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our HR systems - especially SuccessFactors - are optimised, continuously improved, and aligned with business needs. From leading system upgrades and testing to delivering insightful analytics, your work will directly impact how we support our people and processes. You will collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to ensure system integrity, manage access and security, and support projects that enhance our digital capabilities. Whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues, producing dashboards, or driving process improvements, your expertise will help us unlock the full potential of our HR technology.

- System Leadership: Own the configuration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the full SuccessFactors suite.
- Project Delivery: Lead and support HR system projects, ensuring timely testing and smooth implementation of upgrades.
- Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance : Monitor data accuracy and maintain compliance with internal controls, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements through audit and system rules.
- Configure and Optimise SAP success factors modules: Ensure Optimal configuration and performance of modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, & Recruitment to meet the business needs. Support User adoption and training
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and support.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, system performance, and user experience.
What you will bring
- Proven experience with the SuccessFactors suite, SAP systems, and HR data administration.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data management, MI reporting, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, project governance, and system integration.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across all business levels.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
