As a Supplier & Contract Management Analyst at Cadent, you’ll be at the heart of our supplier relationships Your expertise will ensure we get the best from our suppliers, drive financial control, and enhance our operational capabilities. Your role  will be managing the full contract lifecycle, from setup to renewal, optimising how we work with external partners to keep our business running smoothly.

  • Own Contract Management – Oversee agreements from negotiation to renewal, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Drive Financial Control – Manage budgets, track costs, and optimise spending for maximum impact.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency – Keep our outsourced services running smoothly, delivering value at every stage.

What you'll bring

You’ll be someone who loves taking ownership, has an eye for detail and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Your confident working with contracts, suppliers, and data – and you know how to get things done.

 

  • Contract & Supplier Management Skills – Strong experience in managing contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Stakeholder Expertise – Ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust across the business.
  • Financial Acumen – Experience handling budgets, forecasting costs, and driving commercial value.
  • Regulatory Understanding – Experience in a regulated industry would be an advantage.
  • IT & Asset Management Knowledge – Familiarity with IT contracts, billing, and service agreements.
  • Negotiation & Problem-Solving – A proactive mindset with the ability to drive outcomes and resolve issues.
  • Relevant Certification – ITIL v4 or similar qualifications would be a bonus.
