  • Delivery Planning – Create operational work orders and support the build‑out of effective delivery plans.
  • Coordination & Collaboration – Work with multiple teams across the business, maintaining a holistic view of work planned for the day and beyond.
  • Data Accuracy & Assurance – Maintain accurate system data, interrogate information where needed and ensure jobs are completed right first time.
  • Performance Insight – Support measurement of individual and team objectives to help identify and improve network performance.
  • Team Support & Coaching – Support colleagues, including assisting with the training of new starters to ensure consistent ways of working.
  • Customer‑Focused Delivery – Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring work is well planned and communicated.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong Organisation Skills – Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Systems Confidence – Competent using Microsoft Office, with the ability to work in systems such as SAP and ClickSoftware.
  • Adaptability – Comfortable responding to changing priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Effective Communication – Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team‑Focused Approach – Willingness to support and coach colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Quality & Compliance Mindset – A focus on accuracy, compliance and doing things right first time.
