Title: Reward Operations Officer
Deliver the reward operations that underpin a fair and engaging colleague experience
As our Reward Operations Officer, you’ll play a central role in delivering high‑quality reward activity across Cadent. This isn’t just about processing data or answering queries – it’s about ensuring our reward processes are accurate, well‑governed and provide a positive experience for colleagues, managers and HR partners.
This is a permanent role based at Ansty Business Park, Coventry, where you’ll work closely with Reward Managers and wider HR teams to support the delivery of key reward processes. From annual pay and bonus cycles, recognition panels and job evaluation activity through to benefits administration and supplier management, you’ll bring structure, insight and attention to detail to everything you do.
It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with reward or analytical experience who enjoys working at pace, partnering with stakeholders and contributing to reward activity that truly supports engagement and retention.

- Pay & Bonus Delivery – Support the end‑to‑end delivery of annual pay review and bonus processes, ensuring accuracy, governance and timely completion.
- Recognition Management – Own the monthly Cadent Congratulates recognition process, coordinating panels, communications and insight reporting.
- Query Resolution – Act as a key escalation point for reward‑related queries, providing clear guidance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Benefits & Supplier Management – Support flexible benefits activity, manage supplier invoicing and ensure accurate reconciliation and budget oversight.
- Data & Insight – Prepare, validate and analyse reward data, producing insights to support sound decision‑making.
- Job Evaluation Support – Coordinate preparation, documentation and governance for job evaluation panels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Communications and external suppliers to deliver consistent reward outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Reward or Analytical Experience – Experience supporting reward, compensation or benefits activity within a complex organisation.
- Strong Numerical Skills – Advanced Excel capability with confidence interpreting, validating and presenting data.
- Process & Governance Focus – High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance and consistency.
- Stakeholder Confidence – Ability to engage with HR partners and managers, confidently explaining reward processes and outcomes.
- Problem‑Solving Mindset – Comfortable investigating issues, challenging assumptions and driving improvements.
- Supplier Interaction – Experience working with external providers and managing supplier processes (desirable).
- Continuous Improvement Approach – Interest in refining processes and enhancing the reward experience.
