Title: Request Fulfilment Analyst
Deliver seamless IT services that keep our business moving
As our Request Fulfilment Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality IT service experience to colleagues across Cadent. This role is central to ensuring the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of IT hardware and service requests, supporting our colleagues to do their best work.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation of being in the office three times a week. You’ll work within IT Service Operations, managing requests for laptops, desktops, peripherals, telephony, and new starter/leaver services. Alongside day-to-day delivery, you’ll analyse trends, maintain high-quality data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and increase first-time fix rates.

What you'll bring:
- Experience in an SLA-driven service support environment such as Service Desk or Request Fulfilment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users at all levels.
- Good IT skills with experience supporting end-user hardware and services.
- Ability to manage your own workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Desirable: procurement knowledge, Ariba experience, and an interest in process improvement.
