Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing and optimising our property finance function? As our Property Commercial Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing a £200m+ budget, supporting strategic decision-making, and shaping the financial processes that underpin our property operations.

 

This is a permanent opportunity to make a real impact – from managing CAPEX and OPEX spend to driving performance metrics and supporting project delivery. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial rigour, risk management, and continuous improvement across the property portfolio.

  • Budget Leadership – Manage a £200m+ OPEX and CAPEX budget with full financial oversight.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners.

What You'll Need:

 

You’re a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving value.

  • Qualifications – Degree-level education or equivalent technical qualifications; part-qualified with ACCA or CIMA.
  • Financial Expertise – Proven experience in financial management and business analysis.
  • Analytical Mindset – Skilled at interpreting data, identifying issues, and delivering creative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management – Confident working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Driven – Focused on delivering outcomes, meeting targets, and driving positive change.
  • Professionalism – Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
