Join us as a Project Delivery Manager and help shape the future of energy resilience and compliance

 

As our Project Delivery Manager – Compliance and Resilience, you’ll lead the Infrastructure Training Resilience and Commercial (ITRaC) team within the Engineering Control Centre (ECC), reporting directly to the Head of Engineering – ECC. This is a strategically vital role where you’ll ensure ECC meets its obligations across regulatory change, assurance, training, business continuity, commercial, and resilience.

This is more than just project delivery – it’s about influencing the energy industry, developing talent, and driving operational excellence. You’ll represent ECC and Cadent both internally and externally, helping shape the future of energy resilience.

You’re a confident and experienced leader with a strong operational background and a passion for resilience and compliance. You thrive in complex environments and are skilled at driving strategic outcomes.

 

  • Leadership Experience – Proven track record of leading high-output teams in operational settings.
  • Resilience Expertise – Deep understanding of business continuity and emergency processes, including the Emergency Suite (E1, E2, E3).
  • Project Management Skills – Skilled in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Root Cause Analysis – Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Stakeholder Management – Skilled at influencing and collaborating across internal and external networks.
  • Delivery Mindset – Results-driven, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Passionate and Inquisitive – A natural curiosity and drive to challenge the status quo and seek better ways of working.
