Title: Programme Manager

- Continuous Improvement – Embed assurance processes and structured lessons-learned to drive best practices across the programme lifecycle.
- Team Leadership – Lead a team of six (three Programme Analysts and three System Controllers), fostering collaboration and high performance.
What you’ll bring:
You’re a confident leader with proven experience in programme management and a strong understanding of operational delivery.

- Degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex programmes with robust governance and benefits realisation.
