- Coaching & Support: Support and coach colleagues to help the team meet individual, team, and departmental goals.
- Real‑Time Scheduling Management: Acknowledge, monitor, and support the dispatch of daily work to engineers, ensuring all jobs are aligned with schedules and attended to within agreed times.
- Agile Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emerging situations, acting as the first point of escalation for both customer and operational issues.
- System Expertise: Use the systems required for scheduling and dispatch with confidence - and support colleagues in using them effectively.
- Resilience Support: Assist the leadership team with resilience activities, including BCM and incident response.
What you will bring
- Customer Service Understanding: Experience in customer service or operational coordination, working to targets and SLAs.
- Data Input Skills: Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
