Title: PMO Analyst
Drive financial clarity and assurance across transformation
As our PMO Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of how we manage investment, performance, and governance across Cadent’s IT portfolio.
This isn’t just about tracking spend, it’s about enabling smarter decisions, ensuring compliance, and supporting delivery teams with the insights they need to succeed. You’ll lead financial monitoring, forecasting, and reporting across IT projects, BAU spend, and regulatory investment plans.
You’ll also support PMO activities, facilitate finance surgeries, and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business. It’s a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and influential role, helping shape how we deliver and govern change.

- Financial Leadership – Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across IT projects.
- Governance & Assurance – Support PMO activities including reporting, lessons learned, and investment tracking.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with Finance, PMO, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Regulatory Insight – Contribute to RIIO-3 reporting and ensure compliance with investment plans.
- Continuous Improvement – Champion better ways of working and drive commercial decision-making.
What you'll bring:
You’re a finance-savvy analyst with a passion for project delivery and a sharp eye for detail.
- Professional Qualifications – Qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- Project Accounting Experience – Background in project or management accounting roles.
- Technical Skills – Advanced Excel, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication.
- Collaborative Mindset – Able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Commercial Awareness – Understanding of operational activities and business processes.
