As an OT Security Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity frameworks for SCADA, IIoT, and OT environments, ensuring compliance with NCSC CAF, NIS, and IEC 62443 standards. You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams, network engineers, and operational specialists to develop secure-by-design solutions that protect Cadent’s infrastructure against emerging cyber threats.

- Security Architecture & Strategy – Develop robust OT security architectures, ensuring resilience against cyber threats.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Digital Delivery, Risk & Security, and Operational teams to integrate security best practices into OT solutions.
- Risk Management – Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive security measures.
- Designing Secure Systems – Oversee the deployment of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and network segmentation solutions to protect OT environments.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to government and industry security regulations, including NIS, IEC 62443, and NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience in OT/SCADA security architecture and cyber risk management.
- Strong understanding of industrial security controls, network segmentation, and endpoint protection.
- Experience designing and implementing SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Detection & Response solutions.
- Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, IIoT security challenges, and secure remote access solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, business leaders, and external regulators.
