Title: MOBs Supervisor

We’re looking for a people focused MOBs Network Supervisor to join our team across the North West network.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid working pattern, covering sites across the North West with regular travel required.

As a MOBs Network Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient operations across MOBs activities. You’ll lead frontline teams, influence performance, and ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service are consistently achieved.

What you’ll be doing
Lead safe and efficient delivery
- Take accountability for the safe delivery of MOBs activities across the North West network
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Manage teams & drive performance
- Supervise and motivate a regional workforce
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilisation
Oversee operational delivery & risk
- Manage maintenance, refurbishment, and replacement programmes
- Monitor and manage risks across MOBs buildings
Ensure compliance & governance
- Authorise permits and ensure compliance with Safe Control of Operations (SCO)
- Support regulatory compliance including NRSWA and internal procedures
Engage stakeholders & support customers
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, field teams, and stakeholders
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a confident leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to influence teams in a safety critical environment. You’ll be proactive, organised, and focused on delivering high standards across operations.
Experience
- Proven experience leading teams and managing operational performance
- Experience with planning, resource management, and risk management
Skills
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, CDM, and engineering standards
- Knowledge of NRSWA and Safe Control of Operations (SCO) procedures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- HNC/NVQ (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
- SCO 1, 2, 4 & 5 (Authorised Engineer or Competent Person)
- NRSWA Supervisor certification
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- NEBOSH/IOSH, PASMA, or emergency service operations certification
