Drive seamless integration for transformational change

As our Integration Architect, you will play a key role in how we deliver large-scale transformation across Cadent. This isn’t just about integrating systems or managing data flows – this is about creating the frameworks, processes, and relationships that ensure our most complex integrations succeed.

Working across the whole network, you will bring structure, insight, and leadership to integration projects that touch every part of the business – from operational changes to strategic priorities. You will own and embed integration governance, ensure risk and benefit tracking is watertight, and coach teams in what “good” looks like. You will also act as a delivery leader when required, directly managing projects and supporting senior stakeholders to bring change to life.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and influential role, leading a small but capable team while partnering with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be empowered to drive continuous improvement, shape change outcomes, and ensure our integration programmes are well-planned, well-governed, and well-executed.

Why you'll love this role:

This is a high-impact role that offers stretch, variety, and the chance to shape the future of how Cadent delivers integration.

  • Strategic Visibility – Operate at the heart of large-scale change across our integration portfolio.
  • End-to-End Ownership – Lead integration activity across multiple programmes, from risk to reporting, governance to benefits realisation.
  • Leadership Influence – Work closely with senior stakeholders, shaping integration delivery and creating accountability at every level.
  • Agile Delivery – Flex between leading the integration team and stepping in to manage specific projects when needed.
  • Continuous Improvement – Embed best practice across the function and improve how we deliver, track, and communicate change.

Skills and Experience

You are an experienced integration architect who is comfortable shaping governance, coaching delivery teams, and influencing at senior levels.

  • Strong Integration Background – Experience managing complex integration programmes with proven expertise in governance, risk, assurance, and reporting.
  • Technical Credentials – Qualifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, or similar, and a solid grasp of integration and architecture frameworks.
  • Delivery Versatility – Ability to step into project management roles and flex to meet delivery needs as required.
  • Stakeholder Confidence – Skilled in building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from field operatives to executive leaders.
