You’ll work across teams to embed best practices, monitor performance, and support decision-making with insightful reporting.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in change management, project delivery, or portfolio assurance.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, change readiness, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and manage resistance to change.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Change management and/or project management accreditation preferred.
