Drive Strategic IT Alignment Across the Business

As our IT Business Partner, you’ll act as the strategic liaison between IT and key business areas, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals. This role is about more than just managing IT projects, it’s about understanding business needs, translating them into IT requirements, and driving value through technology.

  • Create and present work packages to the IT demand forum and facilitate business user demand forums.

  • Build strong relationships with business users to ensure IT involvement in technology implementations.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented IT solutions.

  • Maintain knowledge of technology trends and assess feasibility of new systems.

  • Create MI/KPIs to demonstrate the value of the Business Partnering team.

  • Lead the discovery phase of the IT Cadent Management Framework.

  • Develop the future IT roadmap and communicate effectively with business users.

  • Support ad-hoc queries and collaborate with team members as needed

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar roles (Product Owner, Product Manager, Account Manager)
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Preferred: Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred: Professional certifications in IT or project management.
