Title: HR Administrator - Data
Job Purpose
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our Systems & Data team.
This is an office-based role, with hybrid working principles available subject to manager approval. Hours will be worked Monday - Friday, within the framework of our standard working arrangements
You’ll provide day to day administrative support, manage data input and integrity checks, and contribute to both regular and ad-hoc reporting. You’ll play an active role in continuous improvement, supporting our transition to new systems, and helping the business consume HR data in a user-friendly way.
Our core people data management systems include a suite of SuccessFactors modules - Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning - alongside S4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely reports on people data.
- Carry out data quality checks, manage data exports, and ensure high‑integrity data for management reporting.
- Build and maintain HR reports using SAP BI/ECC, Excel, and other reporting tools to ensure information is clear, accessible, and user‑friendly.
- Support the wider HR function by delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support system administration, contribute to ongoing system improvements, and share ideas to enhance processes, automation, and reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Macros/VBA is advantageous.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI, Query Manager, Document Builder or similar.
- Experience creating reports in SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an HR, systems, or MI/reporting environment is beneficial but not essential.
