Title: Cyber Risk Specialist

As our Cyber Risk Specialist, you’ll play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks across Cadent’s IT estate. You’ll support the development of risk frameworks, conduct assurance assessments, and provide actionable insights to strengthen our cyber posture. This is a hands-on role that blends technical understanding with strategic oversight, offering exposure to critical national infrastructure and the opportunity to influence how Cadent manages cyber threats and compliance.

What you will bring:
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, Microsoft).
- Experience in cyber risk management and information security roles.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud security, and systems architecture.
- Knowledge of risk frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST RMF.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Integrity and confidence when engaging senior stakeholders.
