We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Business Partner to join our Internal Communications & Engagement team, part of Centre of Excellence.

 

As a Communications Business Partner, you’ll deliver tailored advice and support for key stakeholders and business functions, translating strategy into clear objectives and creating compelling internal and external communications. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, lead colleague-focused campaigns, support with external-focused incidents and champion best practice across all communication channels.

What you will bring

 

You’re a creative and strategic communicator with proven experience of delivering strong influencing skills and the ability to manage complex internal communications campaigns.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in communications or related discipline.
  • Professional membership (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Internal Communications).
  • Proven experience in internal/external communications, media relations, and change programmes.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
