As our Cloud Infrastructure Support Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the cloud services that underpin Cadent’s operations. You will safeguarding critical infrastructure, drive innovation, and enable the future of energy delivery.
Working across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments, you’ll provide technical assurance, resolve complex incidents, and contribute to strategic decisions that shape our technology roadmap. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service availability, security, and compliance, while supporting projects that introduce new capabilities.

• DevOps Skills – Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and scripting (PowerShell).
• Problem-Solving Ability – Analytical mindset with experience in incident resolution and change management.
• Stakeholder Confidence – Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
