We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to help shape the future of Operations. This role sits at the heart of our transformation work, reviewing how we operate today, designing how we want to work tomorrow, and supporting the cultural and behavioural shifts we need to get there.

 

You’ll play a key role in driving flexibility, improving capability, and embedding a culture that embraces data, technology and continuous improvement. Working closely with operational teams, HR, and senior leaders, you’ll support and lead initiatives that influence workforce skills, diversity, ways of working and long‑term operational performance.

What you will bring

 

  • Experience in project or change management, ideally impacting operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational environments, preferably with Cadent familiarity.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills across all levels.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with HR, Operations and wider business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and best‑practice methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret performance trends and drive action from insights.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and industry regulatory frameworks.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for modernising ways of working.
