Be the voice of readiness in every digital journey.
As our Business Change and Readiness Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that IT-led change is not only delivered—but adopted, understood, and embraced across the business. You’ll lead engagement, training, and deployment readiness activities, ensuring that every change lands smoothly and delivers real value.
Working within the IT Digital Delivery team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Cadent to drive business readiness strategies, build change capability, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

what you'll bring:
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and training delivery.
- Strong understanding of Cadent’s business processes and IT change lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for training development and communications.
- Experience leading business readiness activities across multiple projects or programmes.
