Job Purpose
As a Connections Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the team via different communication channels. You will ensure efficiency and compliance process are followed with best practice. We want you to have a keen eye for process improvements and a passion for providing brilliant customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating operational work orders and other associated administrative tasks to build the delivery plan as agreed by Customer Operations.
- Assisting in the administration of scheduling activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training.
- Contacting customers to schedule work and ensure they understand what is required.
- Support revenue collection.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Able to use all required systems to obtain information to aid the job instructions and completion of right first time.
- Supporting MI for Compliance work and training identifying issues or concerns.
- Ensuring and promoting compliance with Cadent policies, standards and procedures with accountability for effective resolution of any non-compliances identified, including supporting any reviews and investigations as required.
- General administration tasks across end-to-end process of Theft of Gas, Unauthorised connections, BOA and GSR.
- Working with other teams to resolve customer queries or able to escalate where required.
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
- Experience analysing and interpret data to manage operational and team performance
- High level system knowledge of core IS system infrastructure
- Able to multi-task with a high-level approach to problem solving
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers
