As an Accounting Specialist based at Ansty Business Park, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Property function within the Totex Finance team. This isn’t just about crunching numbers – it’s about managing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency that helps shape operational decisions and drives financial performance across our Property portfolio. 

 

Reporting to a Totex Finance Business Partner, you’ll manage core financial processes, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and collaborate with stakeholders across Property, Asset Management, and Commercial teams. From ensuring compliance to driving improvements in reporting, you’ll be central to how we deliver financial excellence.

What you’ll bring:

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality financial support.

  • Qualified Accountant – Member of a UK-recognised accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
  • Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP, especially lease accounting.
  • Advanced Excel Skills – Proficient in pivot tables and financial modelling.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Skilled in business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical Mindset – Exceptional attention to detail and ability to resolve complex accounting issues.
  • Communication Skills – Able to clearly articulate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Organisational Strength – Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Process Ownership – Lead property recharge processes and contribute to regulatory reporting initiatives.
